Fine Art Return Policy
- If for any reason you are unhappy with the artwork item you have purchased from 2 galleries, you may return it for full credit as billed (less shipping and handling charge).
- Returns are not accepted on orders with a bulk discount.
- All sales are final 15 days after receipt.
- All return requests must be made within 15 days of original purchase.
- Returns will not be accepted without prior approval via email: customer@2galleries.com
- All items being returned must be undamaged and in resaleable condition and must be accompanied by a copy of the original sales invoice and returned in the original packaging.
giclees that are returned damaged or in any condition that will prevent the giclee from being resold at its original price will not be accepted.
- Custom giclees are "Made Upon Order" and may not be returned.
- giclees shipped outside of the US or Canada are not returnable.
- Artwork Damaged in Transit:
If your package appears damaged, or once opened, you find damaged artwork,
email us immediately at : customer@2galleries.com so we can arrange to have it picked up and inspected.
- Please retain and return all of the original packing materials.
