2 galleries.com Shipping Policy:
All 2 galleries.com shipments are subject to the points below.
Customers ordering from 2 galleries.com agree to comply with the points listed below, or otherwise not hold 2 galleries.com responsible for the loss, damage or delay of shipped merchandise.
- If a customer wishes to pay via credit card, the order's shipping address must match the billing address for their credit card.*
- If a customer wishes to pay via PayPal, the order's shipping address must match their PayPal account's confirmed address.*
- It is the responsibility of the 2 galleries.com customer to provide a shipping address where they can guarantee secure receipt of their shipment.*
- 2 galleries.com, US Mail, UPS and other couriers are not responsible for loss or theft of shipments after confirmed delivery to the customer's shipping address or credit card billing address.*
- If it is not possible for a shipment to be securely delivered to a residential address, the customer should instead specify the shipping address of their place of work, or other business office open during normal business hours. This may necessitate that the customer pay with PayPal instead of credit card.*
- 2 galleries.com may specify "signature required" on UPS or other courier shipments. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide an address where they or someone they trust will be present to sign for and receive the package.*
- If having someone other than the intended recipient sign for a package results in the customer not receiving the package, 2 galleries.com and the courier cannot be held responsible.
- If there are special instructions regarding an Express shipment delivery, i.e. "leave package at Apartment Building office if not at home",
the customer must specify these instructions in their order.
- If the customer has arranged with a courier to waive signatures at their address, 2 galleries.com and the courier cannot be held responsible for shipment loss, theft or damage after confirmed delivery.
- If an incorrect address or other incorrect information is supplied by the customer (for UPS, Airborne or FedEx shipping) and results in additional shipping fees, 2 galleries.com reserves the right to separately bill those fees to the customer.
- When shipping rates increase, 2 galleries.com reserves the right to ship by the best and fastest alternate shipping service covered by the shipping cost already paid by the customer.
- First class US mail does not include a delivery confirmation option, so the customer chooses First Class shipping at their own risk.
- 2 galleries.com and US Mail are not responsible for loss or theft of standard First Class shipments.
- Due to the high risk of credit card fraud, 2 galleries.com does not accept credit card orders from the following countries:

- Please note that 2 galleries.com does not accept Visa, Mastercard or PayPal payment if the customer billing and shipping addresses are different.
- Artwork Damaged in Transit:
If your package appears damaged, or once opened, you find damaged artwork, email us immediately at : customer@2galleries.com so we can arrange to have it picked up and inspected. Please retain and return all of the original packing materials.
